TurboTax: It Doesn’t Take a Genius

We found that there was a persistent perception among consumers that TurboTax was only for smart people. We also found that they didn’t have a clear mental imagine of what doing your taxes on TurboTax was actually like (many pictured spreadsheets). So we went back to basics for a little reassuring show and tell.
